Front desk person Answer phone calls, make appointments, write checks, return message, post dyno charts on the internet....etc. Basically everything except wrenching. Like I said he did my job and was better at selling parts, which is why we hired him to begin with. I also am not that good at making friends...so he was supposed to do that
