I just felt like he got harrased. The fact the cops were looking for someone to pick on in the first place. its not like he was waving the tequila bottle in the air and chugging it in front of the police being a drunk moron. He wasnt breaking any laws sitting in the parking lot in his car. But he was breaking a law with the tequila bottle in there. The cops really had no reason to get out of there car and immediatly shine the flashlight and single out his car. They were just looking for something to do


you've admitted his wrong several times now yet you're still trying to pin the blame on the cops? it's their job to catch people doing illegal things. 7 shots of tequila is more than enough to make you legally drunk, 1 shot is too much if he was out driving around. he was acting shady, got caught, went to jail. that's what happens when you break the law and it wasn't the cop's fault at all, he did his job as he should have. i honestly hope they pull his license although he'll probably get away with it, that shit is just stupid.
