I remember seeing that guy and this story on Fox and Friends a while back. Im glad they decided in his favor. It's his business and he's not discriminating or completley denying anyone service, therefore he has a right to put up any signs he wants to. Unless he says "you can't eat here if you cant speak english" i dont see anything wrong with it. Besides, it's not his fault if he cant understand what people are saying
