2 weeks imho is long enough time to do a good job. My opinion is you deserve a good job, because that price is not low or high, and you CAN get a great job for that price. Sucks that everything didnt work out perfectly yet, but maybe it will. Good luck to everyone involved.

EDIT: This is just for reference. My brother had a 82 Silverado, and it had a LO of bodywork that needed to be done to it, adn he wanted it jet black - hood jambs-engine bay, undercar, the works. Theres a guy that lives below us that owns a shop and does paintwork on the side. My brother got his car painted there and for $1200 and some change, the truck was taken down to the metal, all dings and dents were taken out, everything was painted and the guy sprayed the best black job I have see in real life. He buffed it and even took care of all of the beginning paint care for my brother. All of this was taken care of in a week, and that on top of his other customers he had to take care of.

I can agree with the first part but you cant get a paint job like Mike did for 1K. I helped work on it when it came back. I didnt get to see the finished product but from what I saw the "imperfections" are very fixable. A good wetsanding and buffing will make any car look brand new.

Bull Sh!t!!! No shop takes a car down to metal to paint and all that work for just $1200. Much less take a car down to metal. If there was any major dents or tons of dings that truck has more bondo than bondo themself. How many black paint jobs have you seen? im guessing 1.
