i had a similiar situation 6months before i got married when i was victimized by 'id theft'...somehow (i think thru prostreetonline.com not having a secure site) my number was obtained...first citizens took care of it initially..then gave me some kinda credit i never knew about..i let my account sit for 2months after this incident..so i figured everything was fine. i use my card..then all of a sudden a month later they take the money out that they credited my account with, not telling me wtf was going on. this was just before my car was stolen this BS flared up again..so basically 10months of nonsense with this bank. so last month i cleared everything up on my end and left them jerks.
