dude, they "resolved" it the night before with a "memo credit" which disappears after midnight.. and no one told me that.. so i used my debit card a couple times.... pull up my banking and i was 100 in the hole.... i flipped out on everyone i talked to.... i was thrown between the bank and carrabba's 800 times..... finally the manager i was working with yesterday called me from his HOME and was like "man i'm so sorry about everything honestly, i'm gonna go to carrabba's now and make sure this gets resolved".... i called the bank to do a conference call and they said they can't call out that i would have to go to carrabba's and meet with the manager and call.......... this is after two days of being on hold with bank of america might i add.... and getting 325 different stories of ways this could or could not be resolved... and talking to a different manager at carrabbas who def loves the ****........
i get to carrabba's..... i meet up with david (the manager from yesterday who is cool as all get out for everything he helped me with) we call in to bank of america... the first person we get on the phone with takes care of it in less than 2 minutes......................
it makes no sense at all that the 2223 other people at the bank that david and i talked to couldn't resolve it.........
but yes as of 830 last night it was resolved... and david gave me a 20 dollar gift certificate.... for my troubles... and the waiter is not getting fired.. which i'm glad of because other than the incorrect charge he was a good waiter and i'd hate for someone who made an honest mistake to lose their job cause of me.... ya know?
