No, there is no max age limit in the state of Georiga. A 30yr old man can bang a 16yr old if he so wishes...unless that man is a teacher or some authority figure of sorts where it is prohibited. Then it gets hairy. However, for the most part, yes, 16 is the age of consent and that is that. There is no "18 rule" or "two year" rule or anything like that...not in GA at least.
