You can still have more in the future. It isn't the end of the world. Ask ANYONE on here who is in their 30s and/or married. There are A LOT bigger things to get upset about in a relationship...A LOT. If this is stressing him out so much, he is going to have a heart attack when he gets married.

The whole statement is true, he has to have fun right now. If he let's something that small stress him out, he deserves it.
