    UMMM THEIR INSURANCE WONT GO UP.. I HIGHLY DOUBT IT WILL BECAUSE OF SILLY TICKET LIKE THAT.
    AND DOESNT MATTER HOW OLD YOU ARE.. YOU WONT LOSE UR LICENSE FOR RUNNING A RED LIGHT.
