Got arrested...need law questions..

Got a DUI in front of our neighborhood. He could see the house.

Well it wasn't a DUI, he was stopped for speeding and refused to blow, he passed the field test but they took him to jail for refusing.

Shouldn't have done the field tests either. Considering you say he passed the field tests though and refused everything else, he should have a decent case to fight it...still going to be expensive though, take out the rest of that loan.
