    Default Got arrested...need law questions..

    Maybe I should post this in the kills forum OT but I figured it'd get more replies here.

    Yesterday I was driving to pick up my 6 year old sister from school and when I was leaving this dad was also leaving in his 03 cobra, and you know how he thought he was a hardass. We pulled out and were at a light next to each other.

    Well he started revving and I revved back a couple times, then my little sister was like "Matt don't do that please." And then the guy in the cobra called me a chicken. I mean I can stand being called lots of things, but a chicken in front of my little sister isn't acceptable. So I start revving it more and the light turns green. Well as it does, she screams no, and sounds scared so I stop and back off. Well luckily I did because a car was pulling out and I totally would have hit while going WOT. But anyways, there was a cop who saw the whole thing.

    I got arrested for reckless endangerment to a minor.

    Anyways I can get out of this, I mean stupid cops should be out arrested rapists and murderers.

    ^ thats some bull **** there. i've been pulled over with two other cars before, the cop pulled me over said i have your tag number and to stay there then went after my buddies. all for supposedly running a stop sign.

    here's what you do.

    you track grandpa down and make him testify in court that he is your uncle and that you guys were just playing around.

    then you convince your little sister that he is your uncle also.

    if that doesnt work, plead not guilty and say "dude. is revving my car really endangering a minor??"

    Ok listen... 1st. complain bout racism cause that can get the cop introuble; the Chief has to write up a report bout him if anyone complains about him... 2nd. you'll have to go to Defensive drivin school and pay a ticket for about $500 plus ur Drivin School... but they can also hit you with another ticket cause you did have a minor in the car... but if you quickly take the Driving class the judge may lower the fine and you might be able to keep ur license as well... Wat jurisdiction were you in ?
