i say tax act, used them last 2 years. i do them on my own. with taxact my refunds came out to be 4k in fed, 250 in state. with turbo me fed refund came to be 1100. i dont know if i messed something up or not but i wasnt confused by anything on there so i dont know what the deal is. so either a taxact gets you a better refund, or be taxact is easier to fill out. either way i like them and ill be sticking with them. i filed state and federal feb 23rd, i received my accepted email for the federal the same day, i got my state accepted email the next day. site said i wouldnt get either one for 3 days. i did direct deposit for my refunds and the chart is saying ill get my refund back the 1stOriginally Posted by ironchef
