    Default Just arrived in Tampa, Fl...

    And wow its like "the BP" meets...but everywhere...all I see are ricers, no matter where I go. Ive seen 2 nice cars..a 06 Z06, and I saw an Aston Martin Vanquish(badass!)...But the upside is my hotel is nice, and its 70degree's outside

    Go check out Tampa Racing (Tampas IA lol)

    There are nice cars down there, some too nice! Such as the billions of high end exotics.

    Im down here for my brothers soccer tournament, so I'll be back home the 30th...but I'm in a nice area, now...when I first arrived in downtown it was like fake fast and the furious ricers everywhere..Lots of potential real estate that could be very prosperous if I moved down here but oh well..

    ok so after, cruising through some of the nicer parts of Tampa....There's ALOT of sick cars here! But as for "racing" there's more construction on the hwy's than Atlanta right now...its ridiculous. Turns out an old girlfriend of mine is in town as well, so were going out later...should be fun, from the looks of it the night life seems pretty badass..

    Tampa is a lot of fun! You should check out pier 60 and clearwater beach.

    ive been living down there for 5 months now (clearwater), and its great because of the weather (today it was hot from what i heard), soccer is awesome (i play second division and practice everyday)... TR is nothing like IA, and i'm glad to be in ATL, although i have to go back to FL on jan. second. i'll probably be back to stay by the end of jan. (crossing my fingers)...

    but i would steer clear from realestate for now. insurance prices sky-rocketed, forcing a lot of people into foreclosure. so many places are on the market for dirt cheap. insurance is almost as high as the mortgage in some cases, at least in pinellas county. my parents own some commercial property, and thier insurance cost rose 4 fold.

    i went to tampa a few years back, its pretty nice there, has some ghetto areas, but still a nice area

    yeah im off Del Mabry rd..its an okay area..saw a Murcilalago(spelling?) pulling out of my hotel yesterday..freakin awsome!
