ive been living down there for 5 months now (clearwater), and its great because of the weather (today it was hot from what i heard), soccer is awesome (i play second division and practice everyday)... TR is nothing like IA, and i'm glad to be in ATL, although i have to go back to FL on jan. second. i'll probably be back to stay by the end of jan. (crossing my fingers)...

but i would steer clear from realestate for now. insurance prices sky-rocketed, forcing a lot of people into foreclosure. so many places are on the market for dirt cheap. insurance is almost as high as the mortgage in some cases, at least in pinellas county. my parents own some commercial property, and thier insurance cost rose 4 fold.
