It's a more than fair deal why would they be put off? And call it what you want but the divorce rate is though the roof and you only have one lifetime to aquire wealth and retirement money so I call it being smart. As for the divorce thing don't worry about me I'm way to smart for that without a prenup. As for you... talk to me after your divorce happens because there is a very high chance of your marriage not lasting a lifetime as so few do.
