I just got a call from Clayton County PD. The guy goes "well, we've got your car. Its over here at an apartment complex here in Jonesboro." Expecting the worst, I said "well... whats left of it?" and he went "well... they took the wheels," (so im assuming it was on blocks), "and the stereo. Oh, and it looks like your trunk lock is kinda messed up. *long pause*

im like "ok, so what else?"

and he goes "well... i think thats it".

"well is the motor still there?"

"hold on, let me get under the car and look.... ummmm... yeah, i think so. Im not positive but I think it is".

ARE YOU FAWKING KIDDING ME? somebody stole my car for a $200 head unit and a pair of sh!tty speakers, and left my B16? WTF?

WOW... so 7 am tomorrow Im gonna go take a look and see how bad it is, but it sounds like I may have gotten damn lucky. Hopefully the B16 is there and all in one piece. Im crossing my fingers that the car is still in decent shape. All the body panels must be there, since he didnt notice anything wrong. wow...

wheels are gone... when i got it at the impound lot it was rolling on 2 f'd up sawblades, one del sol fat five that they stole from my own damn trunk, and some other honda 5-spoke wheel.... all on different sized tires, but all of em are huge. alignment is obviously terrible. i guessing these were on here just so they could drive it around... though the dumbass(es) dont know how to torque a lug down. interestingly, they stole my lug key, but put the lugs right back on.

my head unit (decent $200 pioneer) is gone, and my old, shi.tty alpine speakers which were about to be trashed anyways are gone too. all my interior had been basically torn out to get to the radio (rookies), and was stuffed behind the seats. they broke the piece that houses the shifter and the radio.

they also stole my Si lip and tore up the tabs on the underside of the bumper while doing so. the hood already had a fitment problem - now its a good bit worse.

the trunk and rear garnish took the worst damage... guess they thought i had a sub back there. the rear lock has been obliterated and the trunk now fits QUITE awkardly... i was able to open it with my key... they stole the altezza tails that I was holding onto for another IA member, and took my fat five spare, which I think is the one on the car. They also stole my huge personal tool set

there was the usual trash and debris, and the whole car was caked in pollen. they were caught because they left my own damn license plate on the car... f.ucking amatuers...

thats about it... i was very lucky... still pisses me off pretty badly. and now i have some work to do. who has some nice 4x100 wheels for sale? lol
