1) Invest most to have a steady amount of income coming in.
2) Buy some land with a large hill on it and build a home inside the hill. Always wanted to do that. Batcave FTMFW.
3) Buy a nice car or five.
4) Give a portion to my parents.
5) Open a small, cosplay, desert cafe near a richer part of town. Beautiful girls in cute waitress outfits to great you with a smile while you read the paper and enjoy some coffee or a desert treat. Name it "Petite Delights" or some cheesy sh*t like that and rake the income off old guys who come to oogle the girls.
