when i was 16 my parents had just gotten divorced my mom is an epileptic she had too many seizures in one year and had her liscense suspended so i drove without a liscense from the time i was 15 til i got my liscense at 16. but anyways the day we got back to school from christmas break i left track practice late was driving my eclipse doing 60 in a 45 cop was coming the other direction and flipped his lights on. i panicked and took off doing 100+ blew through a stop sign and almost lost control of the car regained and realized what i was doing was stupid so pulled over and waited for him to catch up. cop pulled up told me to "get the fuck out of the car" i complied kicked my knees in handcuffed me threw me behind my car and began to search my car. i had just put the interior of my car back together after i had painted it and had not put the steering collumn cover back on so the first question out of this guys mouth was "is this car stolen" my reply was "are the keys in it". he kept searching found a 2" long screwdriver in the center console and asked "is this a weapon" i replied "no i think thats a screwdriver" "are you trying to be smart with me" "no officer you asked a dumb question i gave you a response I am complying" short time later his partner shows up gets out and asks me how old i am told him i was 16 and told me that he said "i should lie and tell them your 17 and have you locked up" "officer i think at booking once they ask me for my date of birth they would realize i was only 16 unless they are as dimwitted as you. my mom had to come pick me up got a speeding ticket 60 in a 45. driving without a liscense and evading and elluding. $1000k worth of fines. kept driving after that incident and even had gotten an offer from the cop at my school to help me get out of it. had to get a lawyer turned out the guy had not calibrated his radar gun in over 60days and all charges were dropped since the original charge was speeding and because they could not prove that they had to drop all of my other charges. needless to say i got my liscense about 2 weeks before i got my charges dropped and after they were i got a police escort to school everyday for a bout 3 months by fayette counties finest.
58 in a 45 in VA Beach.
i almost got a ticket for following too closely but talked my way out of it and was going to get a warning but i didnt have my wallet on me so i got a $15 for not having my liscense on me and that was it.
wrecked my car in the school parking lot trying to do a power slide in my t.C. causing $3k worth of damadge to the car. sro almost wrote me a ticket but decided not too because he was too lazy to.
after my charges were dropped the cop at my school was pissed off about it because i was his ticket out of being an sro and started hounding me. got to school too early one day the parking lot was iced over and my buddy was doing donuts in his truck in the back of the parking lot. there was no one there he took off behind me i went to go follow him and when i went to go spin my moms truck around it broke loose and fishtailed. went about my business and got called out of my exam by the vice principle and they accused me of doing donuts they threatened me with the tape i told them there was nothing on it and this was garbage at which point i was told too shut up or he would give me oss for lying instead of 3 days for wreckless driving in the parking lot. i told him i wasn't lying and he then called the sro in to "talk some sense into me". needless to say he got there and was like "are you ever gonna learn?" i asked him what the hell that was supposed to mean and he went and illegally disclosed all the information regarding my evading and elluding case and how i had just wrecked my car and how my buddy had just died about a month prior in a car accident in which he wasn't driving to which i told him 1."he needed to keep his mouth shut about my buddy" and 2."that he had no legal standing to disclose the details of my case as it had happened when i was a minor and all charges had been dropped". to which his dumbass replied "do you know why your charges got dropped?" and at this point i realized no matter what i said or did i was going to get iss anyways so i said "yea as a matter of fact i do it was because your buddy hadn't recallibrated his radar gun in 60 days which negated all the rest of my charges. since we are in such an inquizitve mood let me ask you something. what do you think that says about the sheriff's department?too me it says the are lazy stupid and incapable of doing their jobs correctly" at which point i signed the paper work and walked out with his jaw about hitting the floor.
other than that i think thats it my driving record is clean as of this past july
