I went to jail because someone apparently stole my Identity and they had 36 major violations on their/ my cdl lisence. But I don't have a cdl lisence!!!!! They said my lisence was suspended and I had warrants out for my arrest and they drug me outta my car and took me to jail! Those bastards took my socks and I froze to death! 6hrs later the Captain of the Athens clarke county Jail came in and apologized for the mishap and they discharged me. WTF!?!?!? Has this ever happened to anyone else? Only time I have been to jail. Thank God!

i was pulled over for something my friends in the car ahead of me were doing.... this was arund July 4th and they were throwing poppers out the window and the poppers were hitting the ground next to my moving car so the cop thought it was me throwing them.
Also this one cop pulled me over for suspended license or something, but he read my liscene plate wrong. Like seeing a 0 as a O or something.
Its funny how all the speed limit values were created like what... in 1950? when cars wernt stable/turn well at those posted speeds. now its almost 2008 and the speed limits have never been updated to what they really should be. Driving under the speed limit is actually dangerous on some roads cause youll get run over. Also on most roads you have to be a complete idiot to not see a danger at least 10 sec ahead.

This happened last night:
I was driving back to Atlanta from the Gwinnett Meet and I feel tired as I'm cruising 70-75 in the HOV lane. I tell my friend I'm tired as fuck and I down shift and nail it for a little right as I pass under the spaghetti junction area where cops usually sit. I got some air in my face and woke up a little and stopped before I hit 105-110. Hit the brakes and my friend says a cops pulling out. Here we go again I think. So I hit the right blinker and start moving over and as I pull over and hold my keys and hand out the window he yells you better have a good reason and grabs the keys. Cops a dick about it. Didn't even check proof of insurance and registration, I had to offer. Handed me the ticket and told me to sit in the car, didn't give me a chance to ask for a accuracy check of the laser gun. He got me at 97 in a 55 and Reckless driving saying I cut off people as I pulled over. Biggest bullshit I've heard. Speeding was all me and even though I was tired and it was empty, I should have known better then to speed there, but the reckless driving charge is bullshit and he knows it.
Fuck you Officer Dunn.
Now I'm back home and time to go.......

countless misdemeanors like what ever dragracing is and underage drinking. Though on the bright side, 5 of the 7 felonys were dropped in a plea bargin for a shit ton of misdemeanors. Then I went to get my green card renewed and they wouldnt give me a new one, so I had to get a lawyer to fight that. The lawyer could not get a background on me so I drove my happy ass to the court house in durham nc. I had to pay them like $10 to get a printed and stamped background check. They found nothing on me so I was like wtf. Sat there for an hr trying diff searches, But in the end they printed out I have no records. So I went to the jail house around the corner and they found my mugshot and info, so I then realized the dumbfucks had spelled my name wrong, so basically I had a clean background. So I called the lawyer told him then asked him if I shouldnt go to the court house to tell them "Im actually this guy with all these charges" but the lawyer said I had to be honest with the feds or what ever. You know how shitty that is? thats like winning the lotto then having to turn it in. I went and gave them the fucked up name, and under the notes it had my real name with a question mark. Fucking bullshit, but two months later I got a brand spanking new greencard wooo whooo!

This clearly states they dont even know who the fuck they was chasing THEREFORE im fighting the shit in court. I fucked my old buddy up and told him i would his dad to if i ever seen him

Highest was triple digits in a 35 but it was for a second was on my motorcycle at the time. Cop was cool explained situation and it got dropped to 28 over.
Got busted for drugs once, that got dropped.
Now heres the good one.
Put an ad in the paper for roommate, got a crazy ass roommate. We were drinking a little (I was 20) and next thing I know he wanted to go drive around. I took his keys from him and he proceeded to go fucking nuts. Stabbed me across throat,chest,etc. We ended up fighting all the way into his car he had a 2nd set of keys in the ignition (who the hell does that lol) anyways I got ran over and slammed against an electrical box...Other roommate is calling cops the entire time..the cops come about 3 minutes after psycho roommate left....Well unfortunately for me one of the cops that responded knew me from some previous.....shit. I got arrested for rape,drugs,assault,mui, all types of shit...then got booked thrown in jail. My roommate kept me alive that night by keeping me awake (I had concussions n shit from the car) the cops didn't believe me and my roommate that the psycho roommate was still out there. Anyways.... Got in a fight in detox with a mexican dude because he wanted to steal my roommates shoes. While being moved to detox saw original psycho guy and went insane. Received more assault charges,resisting an officer, assault on an officer, all types of stuff (I dont remember this part I simply blacked out). I was thrown into solitaire and stayed there freezing my fucking ass off untill my mom came and bailed me out. I could hear her saying "get my motherfucking stupid ass son here now" I looked at the officer and asked if I could stay later. When she saw me and saw all the blood,bruises, and simply how fucked up I looked she proceeded to hit the cop and demand why I wasnt sent to the hospital. We went to the hospital and I got checked out and then back to sherrifs. All charges dropped because of the shit that went on that night...
But yea, good times..sorry story kinda sucks Im not really in the mood to go into huge detail.
