pretty sure julio gets a fair bit of cash from ppl+businesses advertising on his site, IA brings a lot of ppl to their businesses. dont forget people pay to have ads stickied for a week. i think he once said 33/hr whether he decided to get up in the morning or not. seeming as how thats about 65k/year im estimating, i wouldnt go for less than 300kish. even if he sold it, the site would probably still be in operation with a few minor tweaks to the new owner's preference.
if i were julio, id be investing a lot of $ in long term, high yield accounts and never sell it. it will only grow as atls population continues to increase, bringing more mexican ricers and others.
Yea, I'm not sure how much he makes so I don't know what a reasonable offer would be.
I honestly can't answer that, although now you do have me wondering what kind of profit this place turns...

I would not say I have an idea on how much I would sell it for, but it honestly like comes to me now of how fast this site grows. I tell people about it at least twice a week to get on this forum. Out of those people maybe one of 50 will donate, then people will def sell stuff and then ads. The network this site has is unthinkably huge.
