Honestly it still depends on income generated from the site.

pretty sure julio gets a fair bit of cash from ppl+businesses advertising on his site, IA brings a lot of ppl to their businesses. dont forget people pay to have ads stickied for a week. i think he once said 33/hr whether he decided to get up in the morning or not. seeming as how thats about 65k/year im estimating, i wouldnt go for less than 300kish. even if he sold it, the site would probably still be in operation with a few minor tweaks to the new owner's preference.


if i were julio, id be investing a lot of $ in long term, high yield accounts and never sell it. it will only grow as atls population continues to increase, bringing more mexican ricers and others.
