The worst of it all is that he was doing all the stuff he had to do while on the clock. If you can give a person prison time for conspiracy of dog fighting, then I think the same should be applied for anyone who is foolish enough to do what this guy did. In his case, he tortured and killed a cop. There's no other way around that one. No water in a hot ass car for at least 10 hours....... And he only get a few days in jail. BULLSHIT!!!
