Im glad I went I kinda wussed out on the track. i didnt want to go up there damn near stock but i was gettin scared for a min commin up the highway and kept seein evos and shit headin back but i was like fuck it i've gone this far and just punched it all the way there. First time at a track and at a event like that shit was great seein guys didnt get to meet a lot of you but remembered a few faces from bp cant wait til next year!

yup yup. stock clutch and shifter...i ordered a Hurst Short shifter, should be in next week. clutch has 60k miles and about 100+ drag passes. she has been very good to me so far/

Get a clutch, don't worry about the tranny, get those slick hott, and launch that bitch at 4 - 4500 rpms. Trust me that bitch would come out of the whole so bad.

I'm not up to par on the newer mustangs but, on the fox bodies and SN95 chassis I always did weld-in subframe braces, and rear upper and lower control arms. Those help out a good bit. Plus the subframes keep from wrinkling and twisting the rear floor pans.

Is easy... Practice makes perfect.... The biggest thing is finding the right RPM to launch at.... and know where boost usually kicks in ....

I can launch the TT like a champ.. but then it runs out of breath quick hahahahaha

You must not know alot about launching an all wheel drive car, i didn't see anyone get out of the hole, clean, quick. did that white topspeed STi run? maybe that was the only one that did a good one, got there around 7 so i probably missed acouple races. anyways... Suby drivers suck! only a few of us can really drive them, the way they're supposed to be driven.

Fuck reaction time, if you're trying to get a good time, you can wait at until you feel like you're ready. you don't have to go when the light tunrs green.. im pretty sure people just get nervous and getting a good reaction time, that they forget about concentrating on launching it right.
