People or in this case, teens can grow up in the hardest part of town but still be nice people. it all has to do with the person himself, if one wishes to become a criminal they'll become one. If they choose not too, they won't. Up north we have all kinds of drama people, from my point of view, its mostly the hispanic and black commiuntiy. Im sure the north side has there asian and white ones. but in gwinnett i see alot of Hispanics and Blacks getting into trouble.

I do agree that it's not uncommon for people to against the values and morals that may have been passed down from parents or family..I do agree that each person ultimately decides what choices he or she makes....I do however think that more often then not, kids and adults who live their lives making asinine choices do so because they had no parentage.
