It's everyone, everywhere..You made a comment about the fact that you could post a lot of examples of Black gang crimes but then again, I'm sure I could pull some stats about Mexicans as well... and Whites..... and Asians........It's not an issue of race....It's an issue of people having fucking kids that they don't take care of.....These kids turn around and become criminals and surround themselves with people like them..It all starts at home....If you love your kids and raise them the way children should be raised then chances are, the motherfuckers won't be out on the street acting a fucking donkey.....

And once they hit the streets, its all over.. Familys have nothing to do with the way kids grow up. Im sure some of us, had to grow up a certain way due to our lack of money or the condition of our envoirment.

People or in this case, teens can grow up in the hardest part of town but still be nice people. it all has to do with the person himself, if one wishes to become a criminal they'll become one. If they choose not too, they won't. Up north we have all kinds of drama people, from my point of view, its mostly the hispanic and black commiuntiy. I do agree that it's not uncommon for people to against the values and morals that may have been passed down from parents or family..I do agree that each person ultimately decides what choices he or she makes....I do however think that more often then not, kids and adults who live their lives making asinine choices do so because they had no parentage.
