Not bringing race into this, but what you are saying is true in some ways. Ive personally seen kids who have everything and have been loved all theri lives. And once they hit the streets, its all over.. Familys have nothing to do with the way kids grow up. Im sure some of us, had to grow up a certain way due to our lack of money or the condition of our envoirment.
People or in this case, teens can grow up in the hardest part of town but still be nice people. it all has to do with the person himself, if one wishes to become a criminal they'll become one. If they choose not too, they won't. Up north we have all kinds of drama people, from my point of view, its mostly the hispanic and black commiuntiy. Im sure the north side has there asian and white ones. but in gwinnett i see alot of Hispanics and Blacks getting into trouble.
