Nope. You can have them. You have to get a class 3 license though. Takes about 6 months of reviewing, $200 tax each class 3 thing such as all three my friend has. about 4-5 pages of forums, two passport pictures, and a signiture from the local sherif say " I'll alow this guy to have it"
