Hun, I'm not trying to belittle what you do or talk down to you. I worked in the restaurant industry since I was 13 and I have a lot of respect for cooks. I'm 30 now and stopped bartending about 3 years ago. There is a difference between a cook and a chef. It's just a fact, not a cut down. So don't get offended. It's just a bit misleading when you call yourself a chef.
