when you pay the ticket mail it in for $1 dollar more than they ask. Sounds stupid but it actually works. My gf did this and its been 6mos already and no mark on her record. they have to issue you a refund for the $1 before the complete the transaction

ive heard that elsewhere too but im sure it would catch up somehow
