Price wise, 240 gives you the absolute most bang for your buck

rear wheel drive, nice ride handling, decent HP

all for maybe 5 grand for a super clean one?

Come on nothing compairs

sure you can get a rx7, and Obviously the turbo one will be faster

but compair

non turbo FC
non turbo 240,

240 is WAY more reliable, cost less to keep up, better full mileage


i think one of the factors that 240s went skyrocketing in numbers is people see that its a rear wheel drive platform, that has a HUGE aftermarket support, all for a cheap price

i really think if a car company came out with a new rear wheel drive platform for around 10k , they could REALLY milk the market
