"For this, you do not have to have a court order. You and the Father will both have to go here(appointment) and decide on a child support amount. If you both agree on an amount, this state office will create an order of child support which will be upheld as a court order. So you won't have to go to court. If you both can not agree on an amount, the office will then send it to actual court where it will be determined for you. Most of the time, in your favor. Then that court order will be used in the office."
