Minor in possession is a little more involved now than it was when you or I were minors. I remember getting driven home by a policeman instead of getting locked up. Now-a-days it's different. Yes, you can and might just lose your license for this offense. It will really depend on your lawyer and how the court is feeling that day. The penalties are MUCH more harsh than when we were kids, that's for sure.
