its minimum of 1 year now, but they only give 1 years to worthy causes, like A students, my friend got off with 1 year, but that was because he had such a badass lawyer and so much proof that he was a good kid. If you have any thing on your record theres basically no way of getting out of a 2 year suspension... And if you get caught driving while suspended on an alcohol related charge you're instantly 60 days in jail (if you're older than 18)
