i got outta my racing charge once w/o a lawyer but thats only because the officer that pulled me over saw nothin he was just told by another cop to come and pull me over. so i just told the prosecutor hey i wasnt racing and since the officer that pulled me over saw nothing he couldnt say that i was or was not and the judge said if we ask the officer and he says he doesnt care then we will drop the charge down to 15 over but they still slapped me with the racing fine of 420 big ones... but most likely u will get the following
6 months suspension
def. driving class
12 months probation
24hrs community service
and pls dont drive on a suspended license or willl recieve 500 minimum fine
48hrs in jail an extra 1yr in addition to your 6 months and violaition of probation for the racing charge in which u will have to serve the rest of your probation time as jail time... trust me its not worth it
