    if u all were just riding at 40mph, and u were lost. Either the cop will not show up in court because he knows it was BS. Or the judge wiont be so harsh. Because if ur telling the turth it sounds like the cop was being a ass. But if he really thought u all were racing he would have took u to jail. Im willing to bet he will not show up to court. get a lawyer, and if ur telling the turth it will be dismissed.

    I was arested for street racing when i wasnt even racing adn the cops knew it, and didnt even show up for court.
