they get money as a figure head for "the movement" by people in thier community who support their outrageous actions.
the more air time they get and more publicity they put out there, the more donations and hand outs they will get from people who like what they are doing

Exactly, its ignorance feeding ignorance. Blacks who can think for theirself laugh at Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, its the media who continues to throw a mic in their face and broadcast their every move.. and as long as they can piss people like lucky sc off they will continue to get attention. Personally I could care less for either one, they do not make a difference .. but that is just me.

Trust me, in my eyes Al Sharpton is counterproductive for the future of blacks in this country. If we never heard from him again would the black community be in shambles? No.. it would probably be better off.
