I've eaten worse in some third world countries.To answer your question though my bro worked at mcd's and they washed the lettuce when they take it out the bag. You just got unlucky and got a bug, get over it, go to another mcd's and use them coupons. Or like I said give them to me. It could happen anywhere insects are to include your house, you not going to eat anywhere anymore, get over it and move on....

unfortunatly i have to agree with this post. i wouldnt have eatten it and i likely wouldnt until a week or so before the coupons expired.. give them to me if you dont want them.
