Everyone has their good days and bad. Be more understandable to that. Put yourself in their shoes. They are trying everyday to keep the customer's they do have happy by getting their cars in and out on time and for the price quoted. That's hard all by itself, then add in a bunch of random phone calls from people wanting free diagnosis over the phone and walk-ins wanting the same. I've personally watched people walk-in off the street and try and get Arash to give them part numbers or totally pick their brains to then go home and try their hair brain project under a tree with a bunch of drunk buddies. Then they bring that same car on a wrecker and say, "ummm, fix it....and I can't afford too much either..". You pop the hood and it looks like nuclear drunk rats chewed on the cables and a retarded one-eyed teenager tried to do a motor and tranny swap. What do you expect them to say to the next guy that walks in asking for "advice" or wanting them to put their car up on the rack to check for a leak which he has no idea where it's from? Do you think they should drop what they're doing for PAYING customers that were there for God knows how long before you showed up??? Think about it logically.
I see that.
