    1 and 7.. turn them on after plugging the power supply into 2. 3 and 4 you should have one cord that fits into both of them, and it doesn't matter which one because 5 and 6 say that the plugs do the same thing.

    After breaking down the symbols of the language I have been able to figure out that:

    #1 & #7 are ON/OFF buttons. I hope this helps.

    5) and 6) are on/off settings for 3) and 4)
    3) says auto calculate
    7) says power
