    ya as GREAT of an idea as it is...guarantee a lawsuit would follow saying it violates the privacy of those on welfare, etc

    actually I proposed this to my gov't class a few years ago.

    the teacher and several students cursed me as a facist(I don't think they know what that means) and a racist.

    I'd love to hear some excuses for why this isn't a good idea.
