    ur either not explaining this right or ur not understanding. from what i hear u say, u are EXCLUDED from their policy as in, u as an individual have to have ur own insurance, ur parents cannot insure u.

    if that's the case, based on what i just said previously, if u have now ur OWN insurance, ur insurance will cover u when u are driving other ppls cars, whether it be ur friends or ur family.

    no it means untill my "address" says i'm out of the house and not gonna be someone who could drive those vehicles every day then i'm excluded... if i registered a car here and change my lic to cobb county

    i could then drive their cars whenever.... but still not physically be on the policy just like borrowing a friends car.
