Ticket

I screwed up and got a ticket Saturday morning. After taking my liscence the cop gave me a breathalizer, it came back 0.0. When filling out the ticket, the officer did not mark that he gave a breathalizer. Can I get out of the ticket?

yea, it was speeding. I didnt know because I thought the ticket had to be filled out accurately.

i donno about your area but i got a speeding ticket about 5 years ago that was written up as follows....

speeding 70 in a 45
caught speeding on shurling dr
nearest cross street gray hwy

now heres what actually happened
speeding 70/55
caught speeding on gray hwy
nearest cross street was shurling dr


i didnt say a word when i noticed it on the ticket and signed and left....went to court, took my girlfriend w/ me who was with me when i was pulled over and the ticket was dropped when the officer admitted his mistake and that i was in fact pulled over and caught speeding on gray hwy in a higher speed limit zone

weird thing is i never touched shurling dr....so im not sure what he was thinking...cost em $55 though
