Those that truly believe that the other 11 months are "white" months are not only racist, but ignorant also.
And to be african american, you must hold citizenship in both. It has nothing to do with color, atleast for those that aren't racist. I know a white african american.
And as far as repremands, I want mine for the wrongful enslavement of my peoples in african history. I take cash and PayPal + the 3% of course.
There will always be racism, but if we could stop the special treatment of any race then it wouldn't be on a national level. It would be reduced to only the ignorant, and possibly one day be completely phased out. But one thing is for sure, as long as there are laws or policies for the special treatment of any race for any reason, we will never be able to move on.
And yes, black history month is special treatment since there is not a month to focus on the history of all the other races.
