    Maybe cause all the white people came to this country have english, swiss, german, russian, nordic, ect. backgrouds and there not that cold by nature. If you think is cold here, try going there.

    i come from a desert country and i've been born and raised GA...
    so i'm spoiled when it comes to relatively mild weather...LOL
