    why do you people insist on wearing shorts and flip flops/sandals no matter how cold it is outside?

    does it make you look cool or something?

    are you unable to feel the frigid air?

    do you think that if you wear shorts and flip flops/sandals in frigid weather, that it shows off your masculinity?

    im white... and yes i wear sandles all year round whenever i can, but at school i gotta wear shoes, but i do it just because when i wear shoes it makes me feal like i have no control of my feet and that they are confined, and im clostrophic (SP). and also, i cant drive with shoes, its almost impossible for me to, o but about the shorts... screw that, its cold as balls outside. i like my pants

    A kid I went to school with wore flip flops all the time. No matter what the weather was like. Then in the 10th grade he was going home one night and fell asleep and ran off the road and hit a tree and died. When we graduated his parents gave everyone a little flip flop that would go on a necklace to put on our graduation gowns(sp?).

    I don't wear flip flops/sandals and shorts in this kinda weather. Come spring, when the temperature is decent, I'll wear that kinda stuff outside. But for the time being, its two shirts, a jacket, pants, and real shoes.

    Maybe cause all the white people came to this country have english, swiss, german, russian, nordic, ect. backgrouds and there not that cold by nature. If you think is cold here, try going there.
