I wonder if there would be a shootout bringing him in... it would be easy to cover up. I remember when I was in highschool a friend of mines baby daddy took the whole house hostage, including their baby. He shot someone in the SWAT team, and I thought they were gonna at least beat his ass in the van. Nothing. I think if anything, jail is the place you set up your revenge better than just shooting someone in the middle of the street and then having to deal with the investigation that comes afterward
