Not really, it doesnt mean much of shit when you are locked up. Your charge only means something in intake before you are being processed. Once you are in the "real" part of jail, it doesnt matter what you are there for. You can get it just as quick as anyone else

They just confirmed that the sherriff deputy that was shot, the female, was the one leading him into the court room by HERSELF. This is probably why she was overpowered. He is 6'1" and 210lbs. He's not a little guy. She's the one shot in the face.

Well, they said earlier she had been shot in the mouth and that fragments got up into her skull and caused her to have a big swelling problem thing.

They just reported that he broke in to the ex's house and bound her with duct tape. Brought a cooler into the house and told her he would be there for the next 3 days (until her birthday). He had a loaded gun with him. He raped her repeatedly during those 3 days. They found, previously, a "shank" in this guy's socks inside the courtroom.
