This speech by Obama was a historic one. It was the first time that a US President has addressed the citizens, made a case to attack another sovereign country for alleged crimes, and then made a call to action with the action being NOT to attack (inaction).

The world media reported it with different viewpoints, but none of them seemed positive for the US.
