You could say the same about rural white people voting republican.BTW, about half of all Americans that associate with a party have no clue what the party they associate with is about. A black man that votes dem usually does it because he always has, just like his family and friends. He has no clue what the party or candidate he is voting for is all about. He is voting for the guy with the D next to his name.
