To where you see "voter fraud is exceedingly rare", i see... "voter fraud is possible". If these nitwits off the street were able to vote 7-8 times, then i wonder what effect the truly cynical were able to have on the outcome of the election. Since this case proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that voter fraud is at the very least possible, maybe we should do something to strengthening the security of out election system....
